hope you don't mind but that picture's being shown to our 400 chinese students this week. each class i introduce five idioms we use in english and often illustrate them with family pictures. one of the idioms this week is "a long shot". i'm saying, "when our son rusty got a crush on brittany, she had so many boyfriends that it was a long shot that he'd catch her eye. however, he took the chance and now they're married." (next power point photo; you and rusty kissing in front of the temple on your wedding day.)
