4.5 miles

I just ran 4. 5 miles without stopping!  That Couch to 5K thing really works.  I've been running a lot lately, but haven't lost any weight.  So I guess I need to kick it up a notch.  Or maybe I could stop eating junk.  Tonight when I got home, I said, "It's chilly outside, my freat is sweezing."  So maybe it's brain cells I'm losing instead of fat cells.  That would explain it.

I used to run 6 miles a day and I didn't lose an ounce!

Totally interrupting here but are you weight training too? I run too but I don't lose weight when I run. I lose fat when I weight train. This means I don't really lose weight, but my body fat goes down making me look thinner? Make sense? The more muscle you build, the more it shrinks your fat cells. Shrinking your fat cells is a better goal than to "just lose weight" because when you lose weight without weight training you lose muscle mass. Am I talking gibberish?

Anyway, another key factor that helped me lose my baby weight was to NOT go longer than 3-4 hours without eating about 250-300 cals.(good, healthy food) Seriously, this combined with weight training will totally jump start your metabolism. Cardio alone can't do that. Good luck!

Also, drink a billion tons of water.
